How are we billed?

Billing is simple. You will be emailed and / or mailed an invoice on your renewal date, which can be Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually or Annually depending on how you'd like to be billed. Then, you simply send us a check or pay by credit card.


Our organization requires a PO #, is that okay?

Of-course. Most of our customers are Municipalities or large Corporations. We are totally fine doing a PO.


Do you require any long term contracts?

No, we do not. You can use our system on a month to month basis no worries. However, most organizations appreciate longer term stability - so we can provide a contract / agreement for up to 5 years, if you choose.


This pricing seems low compared to competitors. What's the catch?

No catch! We keep our prices low by having minimal marketing expenses (relying on word of mouth & organic growth), low overhead, zero outside investors, and our own in house development team. This low operating margin is passed directly onto you, the customer.


Any setup or hidden fee's not mentioned above?

Zero. Our system does not require any onsite hardware or implementation, therefore there are no setup or activation fee's. The price you see above is the price you will pay to utilize the system. (This does not include any custom programming that you may request, or extended support needs).
Do you offer 24/7 phone support?

Remember the question earlier about the low cost? Part of the way we keep our costs so low, is that we do not employee a 24/7 call center. In our experience, providers who -do- offer 24/7 support, need it for a reason. Their software is not good, or user friendly. So they pass that cost along to you in their monthly bill. With our system, it's simply not needed.


So you offer no support?

Of course we do! We offer plenty of support with different support packages available. We have live chat, support ticketing, email and an extensive Knowledge base with hundreds of detailed articles.
