How are we billed?

Billing is simple. You will be emailed and / or mailed an invoice on your renewal date, which can be Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually or Annually depending on how you'd like to be billed. Then, you simply send us a check or pay by credit card.


Our organization requires a PO #, is that okay?

Of-course. Most of our customers are Municipalities or large Corporations. We are totally fine doing a PO.


What is a User?

A user is anyone who has a profile in the system. That could be an end-user, admin level user, etc.

Any setup or hidden fee's not mentioned above?

Zero. Our system does not require any onsite hardware or complex implementation, therefore there are no setup or activation fee's. The price you see above is the price you will pay to utilize the system. (This does not include any custom programming that you may request, enterprise level package or extended support needs).
Do you offer 24/7 phone support?

Phone support is provided M-F 9am - 4pm PST.
